Booking terms and conditions
• Each apartment sleeps a max 5 people.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No undue noise between 10pm and 8am.
• Number of guests staying in apartments shall not exceed the booking.
• If units are left in an dirty or untidy state a minimum fee of $75 will be charged.
• Beachfront Apartment managers reserve the rights to terminate the reservation immediately, without refund if the above condition/s are broken.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations will incur $50 admin fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days notice: If the unit cannot be re-let due to the late cancellation no refund will be issued.
Cancellations during the peak Christmas to February season will incur a $100 admin fee. At least 2 months notice must be given in relation to these cancellations.
