the popular "Fishpen" area of Merimbula, each facing

Apartments are tastefully furnished with a spacious lounge,
well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with full size
bath and separate shower recess, separate toilet and laundry.
Personal linen is not included but may be hired at a nominal
fee. All Apartments have an identical layout but furnishings
may differ slightly.

The main surf beach with patrolled safety area in the holiday period
and tennis courts are directly opposite.
A playing oval, general store, takeaway food and hire outlet shops
are within a short walk.
The township of Merimbula is a pleasant 10 minute stroll.
